WUML Fall 2006, new updates for the Demon's Opera

Posted by InsaneSmilie - September 15th, 2007

The fall season has started at WUML and The Demon's Opera is locked in on this time slot (Tuesday 10-midnight) and set for the next two years possibly longer. For those not familiar with us WUML Lowell 91.5 is one of the largest underground radio stations in America, broadcasting in northern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire and online at wuml.org. The Demon's Opera is a successful progressive metal show on WUML hosted by yours truly. Thanks to our awesome promotions director, RC, we just got a ton of new tickets. We'll be giving away two tickets next Thursday (9/18) to see Drowning pool at Middle East in Cambridge the 24th, we also got two tickets to see Sonata Arctica we'll be giving away the fallowing week. So be sure to tune in. Check our myspace page for more info on ticket give-aways.

In Station news, our fallout shelter (live sounds studio) is now up and running which means we can start hosting live bands. We also have a great schedule of shows set up this season, with everything for jazz to heavy metal to indie rock to electronica. Also we are always looking for new underground artists of all different genres, so if your an artist looking to promote your music and want to tap into our 22 million potential listeners send a promo CD to:

Hey, you talked about mastering on the forum, so can we see an original, to assess your mastering talent?\

I want to see what a person with formal knowledge can do, rather than informal knowledge, like most of Newgrounds.

Hmm flattering, go ahead and pm if there are any specific mechanisms you want me to show you. Most of my projects thus far have been focused on certain aspects, again I just started my Junior year so I don't have any major projects to show off, save the live editing I do on WUML, but feel free to email me if there is anything you want to learn about.

so hows the wife doing?
